Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
Exisonic ("we", "us", "our") provides AI phone assistants that answer calls, book appointments, quote work and support customers for businesses. This policy covers our website at https://exisonic.com and the Exisonic app and services.
If you are a business that uses Exisonic (a "Business"), you control what business and caller information you put into the service, and you are responsible for collecting and using your callers' data lawfully — including any consent or disclosure your jurisdiction requires for recorded or AI-handled calls.
2. Information we collect
Account information — your name, email address and password when you register.
Business information — the details you give us to run your assistants: business name, type, services, pricing, hours, staff, policies, documents and website content you import (your "Business Brain").
Assistant and telephony information — the assistants you create, the phone numbers assigned to them, the voices you choose, and the settings and training content you provide.
Call and message data — when your assistants handle calls or texts, we and our telephony providers process the phone numbers involved, call recordings and transcripts, call timing and duration, and structured details the AI extracts from the conversation (such as the caller's name, the reason for the call, and any contact information the caller shares). Demo requests and live-demo calls are processed the same way.
Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We do not store your card details on our servers.
Website usage data — device and browser information, pages visited, and basic analytics events that help us understand how the site is used.
3. How we use information
To provide the service: creating and running your AI assistants, placing and answering calls, generating call reports and summaries, and improving response quality.
To run your account: authentication, billing, subscription management, and support.
To communicate with you: transactional emails such as call reports, alerts, receipts and security notices.
To keep the service safe and lawful: abuse prevention, fraud detection, and compliance with law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your callers' call recordings to advertise to anyone.
4. Call recording, transcription and AI notice
Calls handled by Exisonic assistants may be recorded and transcribed so the assistant can understand the caller and produce after-call reports. The AI itself is designed to give callers a brief notice that the call may be recorded for quality purposes, and it identifies itself as an AI assistant when a caller asks.
Because recording-consent rules differ by jurisdiction (some require all parties on a call to consent), businesses using Exisonic must ensure their use of the service — including any call handling, recordings and outbound campaigns — complies with the laws that apply to their callers.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with the providers needed to run the service, under contract:
• Base44 — the platform that hosts this application, its database and authentication.
• Retell AI — the voice-AI platform that powers live call handling, speech recognition and call analysis.
• Telnyx — telephony and SMS delivery, including new-call alert texts.
• Base44 Payments (powered by Wix) — payment processing and checkout.
• Email infrastructure — delivering transactional emails such as call reports and receipts.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger or acquisition of the business.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the notice shown on your first visit.
7. How long we keep information
We keep account and billing records while your account is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. Call recordings, transcripts and reports are kept while your subscription is active; deleting an assistant or your account removes your business data. Backups may persist for a limited period before being fully purged.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU/UK and the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Business users can manage most of their data directly in the app — edit or delete your Business Brain, assistants, customers, calls and account settings. To make any other privacy request, contact us through the app's support chat; we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law.
Callers to a business's assistant should contact that business for requests about their call data; we will support the business in responding.
9. Children's privacy
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and separate private storage for sensitive files. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International users
We and our providers operate in the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When changes are material, we will notify business users by email or through the app. The date below shows the latest version.
Questions about this policy? Contact us through the in-app support chat, or write to us at the support address shown in your account emails. This page is provided as our privacy notice; it is not legal advice, and businesses using Exisonic should confirm their own compliance obligations.
